Ceremonies

Are you looking for a flag ceremony or a bridging ceremony?  How about maybe a theme idea for your next troop party?  You may need that just right poem to say thank you to a volunteer with your troop.  Check out http://www.scoutingweb.com/scoutingweb/ for great ideas, songs, crafts, skits, poems, etc. for troop leaders.
